  • Relationship coaching can help you become the best partner you can be by helping you to understand yourself and how you’re showing up in relationships.

  • Sitting with a coach may be intimidating. It is important to remember that everyone grows at their own speed. Coaching can still be beneficial even if only one person in the couple receives it.

  • Coaching is goal oriented, and uses probing questions to help you uncover the answers that are already within you. Counseling gives you direction where coaching trusts that you have the intelligence and internal guidance system to achieve your goals.

  • The number of sessions depends on your goals and how quickly you apply what we discuss. For the full coaching experience around a particular goal, the recommended number of sessions is 12.

  • I have been working in mental health for over ten years in Clinical Psychiatric settings (inpatient and outpatient). I studied Psychology and received my Bachelors from Lehman College in the Bronx NY where I was inducted into the Psi Chi International Honor Society in Psychology.

  • Please schedule your session on a day and time you are available! If you cannot make your appointment it is important to reschedule as early as possible. You will be allowed to reschedule once without penalty. After one rescheduled session only half of your payment will be applied to the next session. Thank you for understanding!
